What is your cancellation and refund policy?
In light of COVID-19 (Corona Virus), we have decided to extend our refund policy on bbcon tickets until August 31, 2020.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to events@blackbaud.com.au.

For a full refund of the Event registration fees, cancellation notices must be received by 11:59:59 pm AEST on Monday, 31 August 2020. There will be no processing fee for this refund. Please note that registration fees paid via credit card will only be refunded to that card if cancellation is completed within 180 days of transaction date.
