Registration

How do I register?
You can register online via credit card. If you prefer to be invoiced, are a New Zealand customer, or have any questions regarding registration, email us today.

What are the registration fees and what is included?

Super Early Bird tickets are $550 + GST and will be available until 1 March 2020.

Early Bird tickets are $750 + GST and are sold between 2 March and 30 June 2020.

General tickets are $990 pp +GST and will be available until 18 September 2020.

 

The registration fee includes access to both days and all presentations. It includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, as well as drinks and nibbles at the end of day 1.

I am not a Blackbaud customer. Can I still attend?
Absolutely! bbcon is open to all not for profit organisations, whether you are a Blackbaud customer or not.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
In light of COVID-19 (Corona Virus), we have decided to extend our refund policy on bbcon tickets until August 31, 2020.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to events@blackbaud.com.au.

For a full refund of the Event registration fees, cancellation notices must be received by 11:59:59 pm AEST on Monday, 31 August 2020. There will be no processing fee for this refund. Please note that registration fees paid via credit card will only be refunded to that card if cancellation is completed within 180 days of transaction date. After the 180-day window, you will likely experience delays in reimbursement as this will be a manual reimbursement process. No refunds will be granted after 31 August 2020 and there will be no refunds granted for no-shows. Any questions should be directed to events@blackbaud.com.au.

Conference

Can I see the agenda?
We are working hard to put together a compelling agenda. The most current version of the agenda is available on the bbcon website here.
Please note, sessions may change closer to the conference, so make sure to check this website for the latest agenda updates.

Can I attend any session or do I need to stay in the same stream?
You can attend any session at any point in time! Choose the topics that best suit your needs and interests and design your own personalised conference experience.

Are meals provided?
Yes, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are provided on both days, as well as drinks and nibbles at the end of day one (Tuesday 22nd September).

I have special food requirements. Will these be catered for?
If you let the conference team know of your requirements when registering, we will do our best to ensure that you are catered for. Please note that we are unable to cater for any requests on the actual days of the event, so informing us of these when you register is essential.

Is there internet access?
Complimentary wifi within the venue is available to all attendees

I would like to meet with a particular Blackbaud employee during the conference. Can you arrange this for me?

If I would like to be considered as a speaker in 2020, how do I apply?

Where is the venue?
bbcon 2020 will be held at the International Conference Centre in Sydney’s Darling Harbour.

Getting to the venue
Located in the heart of Darling Harbour, ICC Sydney is easily accessible by public transport, including light rail, ferry and train and is only a 10 minute walk from Central and Town Hall train stations. Click here for all the different access options to the venue.

Is there parking available at the venue?
ICC Sydney operates two 24 hour car parking stations with a total of 826 parking spaces including 11 disabled parking bays, 25 motorcycle parking spaces, 50 bicycle racks and 20 electric car charge spaces.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
ICC Sydney has multiple public access points with step-free access to every entertainment, exhibition and conference venue.

Is there a cloakroom available?
ICC Sydney provides complimentary cloakroom facilities for personal items, which are located beside the Customer Service Desk on the ground level of the convention centre.

Accommodation

I’m not from Sydney, where do I stay?
We understand travel budgets vary and recommend checking out discount rates on websites such as www.wotif.com.au, www.agoda.com.au, www.hotelscombined.com.au and www.lastminute.com.au.

What should I do with my luggage if I need to bring it with me to the event?
Please visit the ICC reception desk on the ground floor, where a cloakroom is available. Please note that Blackbaud staff cannot guarantee the supervision of items left here.
